Would you believe that these Keto Cheese Biscuits are full of flavor with only 2grams in carbs?  This divine copycat keto friendly biscuits recipe has only 2grams and have 6grams total fat.

Regardless of whether or not you are watching carbs, these are a great side for any meal – or perhaps, a snack!

Now yes, who doesn’t love the original Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits? However, are you aware that each biscuit’s carb content is a whopping 16 grams? Not to mention the total fat coming in at 10 grams.

Compared to the original biscuits coming in at 16grams of carbs and 10grams total fat, this recipe with 2 grams of carbs and 6 grams of fat, I considered this a ‘no brainer’ if you are counting carbs..

To that end, these are practically a quilt free eating bread! Moreover; your kids will love to devour these as well!

Beautiful biscuits, easy to make & easy to customize to your taste. Switch up the seasonings you add. Perhaps try a different type of cheese. Absolutely try adding some crumbled bacon to make breakfast biscuits! Experiment however you like with these. If ya do, share your trials and error below in the comments section!

Keto Cheese Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients …

1½ cups almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
2½ tbsp butter
1 tsp baking powder
1¾ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt
1 egg
¼ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Melted butter or olive oil

Instructions…

*Preheat oven to 350

*Measure both flours into a medium size bowl.

*With pastry blender, cut butter into flour mixture until butter is pea sized.

*Add remaining dry ingredients (baking powder, garlic powder, seasoning & salt). Mix well.
*Preheat the oven to 400° and grease an 8×8 baking pan with butter or cooking spray.

*Beat in egg and sour cream.

*Gently fold in the mozzarella.

*Divide dough into 12 drops on a baking sheet. Spray with a little olive oil or brush with melted butter.

*Sprinkle on additional garlic powder and seasoning, as desired.

*Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.

*Turn these into a breakfast biscuit by adding some crumbled fried bacon before baking!
