Breakfast Scramble with Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. almond milk
- ⅛ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. cilantro salsa - I used the kind from Sam's Club
- salt pepper, and pwd. garlic, to taste
- Additional cilantro salsa & cheese for topping as desired
- 1 tbsp Olive oil, coconut oil, or bacon grease for cooking eggs (I used bacon grease)
Instructions
- Beat eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
- Add cheddar cheese and salsa.
- Add seasoning, if desired, to taste.
- Heat oil (or bacon greasin a small skillet.
- Add egg mixture to heated oil and 'scramble' to desired doneness.
