Delicious and easily customizable version of traditional scrambled eggs!
Consequently, even if you aren’t looking for Keto or Low Carb foods, this breakfast scramble is delicious for any and everyone, young and old.
Sprinkle in some bacon or try the new sausage strips fried and crumbled in. Switch up the cheddar cheese for some swiss for a different taste; however you like it will be great!
Breakfast Scramble with Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients …
4 large eggs
1 tbsp. almond milk
1/8 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. cilantro salsa …
I used the kind from Sam’s club
1 tbsp. Olive oil, coconut oil,
or bacon grease
Additional cilantro salsa &
cheese for toppings as desired
Instructions…
*Beat eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
*Add cheddar cheese and salsa.
*Then add seasoning, if desired, to taste.
*Heat oil (or bacon grease) in a small-medium skillet.
*Lastly, add egg mixture to heated oil and ‘scramble’ to desired doneness.

Breakfast Scramble with Cilantro Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. almond milk
- â…› cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. cilantro salsa – I used the kind from Sam’s Club
- salt, pepper, and pwd. garlic, to taste
- Additional cilantro salsa & cheese for topping, as desired
- 1 tbsp Olive oil, coconut oil, or bacon grease for cooking eggs (I used bacon grease)
Instructions
- Beat eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
- Add cheddar cheese and salsa.
- Add seasoning, if desired, to taste.
- Heat oil (or bacon grease) in a small skillet.
- Add egg mixture to heated oil and ‘scramble’ to desired doneness.
