These Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Breadsticks are a fantastic and delicious bread substitute regardless of whether you are trying to watch your carbs or not!

Furthermore, if you are watching your carbs you will absolutely love these “breadstick” knock-off’s. Consequently, with the carbs at only 4 grams, you may certainly and without a doubt have a guilt free feeling when eating this Keto/Low Carb friendly recipe.

Why Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Breadsticks …


In the event that you don’t particularly care for garlic have no worries! Simply substitute any seasoning you like and you’ll be good to go! In fact, I’ve made these with MANY different seasoning and was not displeased with the turnout.

Equally important is that kids love these too! They will never know that these ‘breadstick’ (or ‘hashbrowns’, if you prefer) are made from cauliflower – simply do not disclose that particular bit of information to them, lol! Don’t think that you are depriving them because you certainly are not. Healthy and great tasting, how can you turn that down?

Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Breadsticks Recipe

Ingredients …

3 cups riced cauliflower
1½ tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or seasoning of choice)

1/8 tsp sea salt
pepper to taste, if desired
1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions…

*Rice your cauliflower, if haven’t done so yet. Add in med. microwaveable bowl. Microwave for about 3 min.

*Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

*Melt butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add garlic cook over LOW heat a couple minutes. (don’t let the butter brown!)

*Add the butter and garlic cauliflower. Add seasoning and salt. Mix together well. Let cool.

*Add egg and cheese to the cauliflower mixture when cool (or may refrigerate for a few minutes to speed process). Mix well.

*Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and olive oil cooking spray.

*Press cauliflower mixture onto cookie sheet, spreading out to make a thin layer.

*Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to ‘crisp’ up.

*Remove from oven, sprinkle with a little extra moz. cheese.

*Cook for an additional 8 minutes, then remove from oven and slice into strips. I got 12 strips.

*Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
