Guilt-Free Shrimp Salad is right up there with my favorite salad type meals. Easy, all in one meal and totally delicious to boot!

You can choose to top the wonderful guilt free shrimp salad with your favorite toppings; however, please note that the macro’s are based on recipe as written.

Keto & Low Carb friendly.

Guilt-Free Shrimp Salad

Ingredients …

4 cups organic spring mix salad, coarsely chopped
28-30 med shrimp; shelled, deveined & precooked, thawed from frozen
4 tbsp ranch salad dressing, or preferred dressing
sour cream, salsa, avocado, cheddar cheese, etc., optional

Instructions…

*Coarsely chop salad mix to desired size.
*Divide salad among two plates.
*Top with thawed shrimp.
*Top with desired toppings and salad dressing.
