Crock Pot Bacon Pepper Jack Cheese Cauliflower is a simple ‘drop everything in the crock pot’ and let it cook side dish. What could be easier than that?

Of course, if you don’t care for pepper jack cheese, then simply substitute with your favorite cheese.

Crock Pot Bacon Pepper Jack Cheese Cauliflower

Ingredients …

½ head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/8 cup whipping cream
2 oz cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces

1/2 tsp salt lite
1/8 tsp pepper
4 oz Pepper Jack, shredded
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Instructions…

Add the cauliflower pieces, the melted butter, the whipping cream, the softened cream cheese and the salt & pepper in a small crock pot – give a stir.
Cook on high for 1-1/2 hrs. (or on low for 3 hrs)
Add the shredded pepper jack cheese, stir to melt. Top with crispy bacon. Serve warm.
