Ingredients …

4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup shortening

Instructions…

*Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
*Cut in the shortening until crumbly.
*Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
*To make pancakes, mix 2 cups bisquick, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs.
*For waffles, mix 2 cups bisquick, 1 1/3 cups milk, 2 tablespoons oil, and 1 egg.
*And to make biscuits, mix 2 1/4 cups bisquick and 2/3 cup milk. Drop spoonsful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450˚F for 8-10 minutes.
