You’d never guess this Easy Peasy Beef Meatballs recipe has no breadcrumbs or crackers in them like a traditional meatball.
Nope, just pure delicious meat is what you’ll be eating with these gorgeous meatballs!
Keto & Low Carb friendly, but delicious for all diets!

Easy Peasy Beef Meatballs

Ingredients …
1 lb. ground beef
1 large egg
3/4 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
Instructions…
*Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper
*In a large bowl, combine ground meat, egg, cheddar cheese, onion, water, nutmeg and allspice. Mix well with hands. Make balls of approx. 1-1/2” in size and place them on your lined baking pan. I got 16 meatballs using a cookie scoop.
*Bake for about 30 minutes or until browned and done – turning halfway through.
