Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake
Yum! Cheese, Cauliflower & Broccoli!
If ever there was a great pairing of foods; that’s Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake. I have found that even kids will eat this, of course, they’ll pretty much eat anything when loaded with cheese! đ
Even though this dish is Keto & Low Carb friendly, it is absolutely perfect for any diet!
Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients…
1Â head cauliflower, coarsely cut
1Â bunch broccoli, coarsely cut (approx. 3 cups)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tsp minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt lite or sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup mayo
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese as topping, if desired
Instructions…
Preheat oven to 350°
Wash and chop cauliflower & broccoli. {Save the stems for making soups.} Place in large baking dish that is both micro and oven safe and microwave for about 5 or 6 minutes to âsteamâ cook veggies. Set aside.
In a ramekin, or small microwave safe bowl, add the butter, minced onion, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Nuke until butter melts, stir well to blend.
Mix the butter with the mayo.
Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to the mayo mixture.
Mix the cheese and mayo mixture with the broccoli & cauliflower.
Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. (or to desired tenderness of veggies-I donât like them âsoggyâ)
Remove from oven, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Return to oven and bake for 10 min. more.
