Another fantastic surprise in this Red Robin The Banzai Burger Copycat. Not your ordinary burger, for sure! You’ll love the flavor the pineapple brings to this delicious burger!

Ingredients…

1 lb. lean ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. low sodium teriyaki
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
8 pineapple rings
8 tomato slices
1 c. shredded lettuce
Mayo
4 burger buns

Instructions…

Combine ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, and 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce in a medium bowl. Mix well, then form into 4 equal sized patties.
Brush both sides of the beef patties with teriyaki sauce. Grill according to desired doneness, basting regularly with teriyaki sauce. Slide aside from heat and add a slice of cheese on top of each patty to melt.
Brush both sides of the pineapple rings with teriyaki sauce and grill on each side for about 1-2 min.
Lightly toast the hamburger buns.
Layer your buns as shown in picture.
Serve with fries or chips.
