Steak and Ale’s Bourbon Street Steak Copycat
You’ll be ready to grill tonight with this Steak & Ale’s Bourbon Street Steak Copycat recipe. Marinade for 4-8 hours and you will have a tender and mouthwatering steak!
Steak and Ale’s Bourbon Street Steak Copycat

Ingredients…
2 Tbs. yellow onion, diced
½ c. bourbon
½ c. soy sauce
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. chopped garlic (about 2 cloves)
4 (10−oz.) KC strip steaks (or ribeye steaks)
Instructions…
Mix onion, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Place steaks in a shallow dish (or large jelly roll pan) large enough for them to be in a single layer. Pour marinade over steaks. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Turn steaks occasionally.
Remove steaks and discard marinade. Grill to desired doneness.
Serve with steak fries or baked potatoes.
