Crock Pot Beef Roast Recipe
Delicious Crock Pot Beef Roast Recipe for a tender, melt in your mouth delight!
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons salt lite
1/8 teaspoon rosemary
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon parsley
Crock Pot Fixins
1 pound boneless chuck roast
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp bacon grease
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
Mix the roast rub ingredients together and rub over beef roast.
Heat olive oil in skillet and brown roast on all sides.
Add celery, onion, garlic, and bay leaves into the crock pot.
Place roast into crock pot and cover with bacon grease.
Add water, vinegar, and salt in the crock pot.
Cook roast on high 4 hours or on low for 8 hours

Crock Pot Fixins:

- 1 tbsp bacon grease
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

- Mix the roast rub ingredients together and rub over beef roast.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and brown roast on all sides.
- Add celery, onion, garlic, and bay leaves into the crock pot.
- Place roast into crock pot and cover with bacon grease.
- Add water, vinegar, and salt in the crock pot.
- Cook roast on high 4 hours or on low for 8 hours
