Broccoli Cauliflower Bacon Salad

Yum! Broccoli, cauliflower and of course, bacon! What could be better than this Broccoli Cauliflower Bacon Salad recipe?
This Broccoli Cauliflower Bacon Salad is a great side dish that will compliment almost any meal you partner it with!
Also, this dish is Keto & Low Carb friendly.
Broccoli Cauliflower Bacon Salad

Ingredients…
1 head cauliflower, chopped to bite size pieces
1 head broccoli, chopped to bite size pieces
6-8 slices bacon, fried & crumbles
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
1/2 c red pepper, chopped
ranch dressing
Instructions…
Fry bacon until crisp, set aside to cool.
Chop all vegtable into ‘bite-sized’ pieces.
Mix chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
Crumble bacon and add to veggies.
Add desired amount of ranch dressing, enough to lightly coat all the vegetables.
Serve and eat – or better – let sit in fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to ‘marry’ together.
